We are currently hiring for two roles:
Psychological Associate
We’re seeking Psychological Associates who want to develop strong clinical skills in depth-oriented psychotherapy with adolescents and adults. If you value meaningful relationships with clients and are interested in emotionally attuned, reflective work, we would love to meet you.
We offer:
Supportive supervision
A collaborative, non-hierarchical environment
Administrative and scheduling support
A consistent referral flow
A culture that values growth without burnout
Licensed Clinicians Interested in Older Adult Work & Medicare
We welcome licensed clinicians who are curious about working with older adults and learning to navigate Medicare within a supportive group practice. Prior experience is welcome but not required — we offer guidance, consultation, and encouragement as you grow into this specialty.
We offer:
Mentorship in Medicare practice
Group consultation and collegial support
Administrative infrastructure
A steady referral stream in an established older adult practice
A thoughtful, values-driven professional environment
Our Commitment to Clinician Well-Being
We know that therapy is demanding work. We actively foster a culture that supports:

Time for reflection and consultation
Work-life sustainability
Emotional and professional growth
Respect for each clinician’s individuality
We believe clinicians do their best work when they themselves are well supported.
